Qualifications
- Valid SLP certification (CCC or current CFY eligibility)
- Experience working with pediatric populations is required
- Background in public school settings strongly preferred
- Commitment to full-day onsite presence (ranging from 2 to 5 days per week)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedication to comprehensive therapy, not limited to assessment or supervision
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students (individual and group settings)
- Develop and implement IEP goals in coordination with educational teams
- Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
