Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district policies and legal requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Valid certification as a Speech Language Pathologist with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF)
- Experience working with a K-12 student population in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff
- Knowledge of educational regulations and standards related to speech and language services
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining high-quality service delivery
