Speech Language Pathologist in Fairfield, CA

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with credentials including SLP-CCC or SLP-CF is sought for a K-12 school district located in Fairfield, CA for the 2026/27 school year. This contract position provides the opportunity to work with a diverse student population across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district policies and legal requirements
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Speech Language Pathologist with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF)
• Experience working with a K-12 student population in an educational setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff
• Knowledge of educational regulations and standards related to speech and language services
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively while maintaining high-quality service delivery
