The position is based in Ashland, VA, with a caseload of around 40 to 50 students.

- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children aged PK-5
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed
- Current state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in an educational setting
- Skills in working with diverse caseloads including speech, language, and communication disorders in young children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with school staff and families
- Ability to manage a caseload of mid-40s students while maintaining quality of care
