What We’re Looking For
- Active registration with the state board as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic educational environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads and school assignments
- Capacity to maintain accurate records and follow treatment plans set by supervising SLPs
- Implement speech and language therapy activities under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Work full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
- Serve students whose specific ages and caseloads will be determined at assignment
- Track and document student progress, supporting IEP goals and objectives
- Maintain open communication with team members, staff, and, when appropriate, students’ families
- Meet any required credentialing and participate in prescreen interviews as scheduled
