- School Sites: The position requires working across two school sites.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify communication challenges in students.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans (IEPs) to address students' specific needs.
- Providing therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure a coordinated approach to student support.
- Maintaining accurate records and progress reports for each student.
- Participating in school-based meetings and collaborating with other professionals.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in Michigan.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with K-8 students is advantageous.
