Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized and small group instruction to students with special education needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement IEPs aligned with state standards.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and parent-teacher conferences to support student development.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable special education regulations.
- Montana Teacher Licensure with Special Education Endorsement is required.
- Experience working with elementary-age students in a special education setting preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload of 10-14 students effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be able to work in-person on site; remote work is not available for this position.
