In this full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM), you will lead engaging preschool sessions, working collaboratively with two experienced paraprofessionals. As the dedicated case manager and service provider, you’ll manage individualized education plans for up to 10 students receiving Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) support, while ensuring the success of up to 18 children in each classroom session. School-based occupational therapy and speech-language services will complement your teaching.

Qualifications For This Role Include
- Active Colorado CDE Early Childhood Special Educator (ECSE) license (required)
- Experience as a special education teacher in early childhood settings
- Solid background in managing preschool classrooms and supporting students with diverse needs
- Strong organizational, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Team-oriented approach to working with paraprofessionals and in-class service providers
- Serve as lead teacher for both AM and PM preschool groups
- Develop and implement engaging, individualized lesson plans
- Function as case manager for students with ECSE needs, maintaining compliance and documentation
- Provide direct instruction and support for students with disabilities
- Collaborate with support staff including paraprofessionals, occupational therapists, and SLPs
- Foster an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment that promotes growth and learning for all students
