Minimum 1 years speech therapy experience required.

Our company is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in Yelm, WA. This is a part-time position, working 22 hours per week over 3 days with an elementary caseload. You will work closely with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students communication needs, providing direct therapy and assistance in implementing individualized education plans. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering speech and language services to elementary students
• Collaborate with a supervising SLP to track progress and adjust treatment plans
• Engage students with tailored therapy activities to meet their communication goals
• Document sessions and report student progress to supervising SLP
  
  

Requirements

• SLPA certification in Washington State
• Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
