SLP School Based Position 26/27 School Year

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) –Centralia, WA

Location: Centralia WA

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and support student educational planning
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license or eligibility
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of IEP processes and special education regulations
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AAC devices and assistive technology
• Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders and developmental delays
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively in a fast-paced environment
