- Middle School Setting
- Provide interpreting services to ensure access to classroom instruction and school-related activities
- Facilitate communication between the student, teachers, staff, and peers
- Provide accurate sign language interpretation in educational settings
- Support student access to academic instruction and school activities
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Active Sign Language Interpreter credentials as required by state and district regulations
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families
- Candidates from British Columbia must have a valid U.S. work visa or documentation showing their work authorization process is expected to be completed by or shortly after August 2026
