Key Responsibilities
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to students, including those with speech-only needs.
- Manage and prioritize high caseloads and referrals efficiently.
- Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and facilitators, where applicable.
- Collaborate with school staff and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district standards.
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC credentials.
- Minimum of 2 years of California school-based SLP experience is required.
- At least 1 year of experience with Special Education Information System (SEIS).
- Experience supervising SLPAs and facilitators is preferred.
- Willingness to accept Clinical Fellows (CFs); SLPAs will not be considered for this role.
- Ability to work onsite full-time for the full school year.
- Strong organizational skills to handle caseloads of up to 60-65 students, including approximately 25-30 speech-only cases.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
