School Speech Therapist | Bridgeport, Connecticut

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a high school located in Bridgeport, CT. This contract runs from the current school year (CSY) through the end of the school year (EOSY). Candidates with SLP credentials and certification of clinical competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 60 students.
• Collaborate closely with a partnering SLP to support high school students.
• Utilize knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (ACC) devices to enhance student communication.
• Participate in assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Valid SLP license and certification of clinical competence (CCC).
• Experience working in high school settings preferred.
• Familiarity with ACC devices is a plus.
• Ability to work full-time, with openness to part-time or hybrid schedules.
