Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering speech therapy services to students
- Implement individualized treatment plans according to established protocols
- Monitor and document student progress accurately and provide feedback
- Support classroom activities and help adapt materials to meet students’ communication needs
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical standards and school policies
- Completion of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent training
- Relevant state licensure or certification as an SLPA
- Experience working in educational settings is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with children from diverse backgrounds
