Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a contract position with a school district in Sacramento, California. We are looking for a dedicated SLPA to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year and are scheduling interviews immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly supportive environment with a Pre-K (Preschool) caseload. You will be an integral part of a team, working under the supervision of a licensed SLP to support early intervention and student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans and therapy activities as developed and directed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

• Provide direct therapy services to preschool-aged students in individual and small group settings, utilizing play-based intervention strategies.

• Accurately document student progress, collect data, and prepare notes for the supervising SLP.

• Assist in the creation and preparation of therapy materials suitable for early learners.

• Collaborate effectively with the supervising SLP, teachers, and other special education staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an SLPA program or a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

• Active California SLPA license is required.

• Previous experience with Pre-K or early intervention populations is highly preferred.
