Key Responsibilities Include
- Planning and delivering speech-language therapy addressing assistive technology, augmentative communication, social language skills, articulation, voice, oral-motor function, feeding, and receptive and expressive language delays
- Conducting diagnostic and evaluation testing tailored to student needs
- Preparing detailed and insightful reports following assessments and observations
- Developing and maintaining IEP objectives aligned with student goals
- Collaborating with parents, educators, and support staff to communicate student progress and coordinate support strategies
- SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or eligibility for school-based SLP credentialing
- Comfort and experience working with a wide age range of students, especially those with moderate to severe disabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication skills
