- Ability to effectively manage a caseload of approximately 38-40 students and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in varied school settings, tailoring interventions to individual needs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining thorough and accurate records
