Desired Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina SLP license (consideration for those who can obtain NC licensure by June/July)
- SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to manage a varied caseload of elementary, middle, and/or high school students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfort working in a virtual/remote capacity (Voco SLP)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in your assigned caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development to enhance your practice
