- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows considered
- Experience in school or pediatric settings is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with students, families, and other professionals
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and implement interventions
- Deliver therapy services to students individually and in small groups
- Monitor and document student progress; adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Maintain appropriate records in compliance with district and legal requirements
