Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through 5th grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress in accordance with school policies
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
- Current Speech Language Pathology license or Educator Certification (one required, not both)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Experience working with elementary-aged students (K-5) in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills adaptable to a school environment
- Ability to work on-site full time during scheduled hours
