A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the current school year in Conway, AR. This role supports K-12 students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. The position requires a skilled professional licensed as an SLP with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) to manage a caseload reflective of diverse communication needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to approximately 45 students with varied needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), articulation disorders, and general speech delays.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication goals.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapeutic strategies within the educational environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred.
• Experience working with K-12 populations, across elementary to high school settings.
• Proven ability to manage mixed caseloads including students with ASD and articulation challenges.
