Qualifications & Preferred Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active CCC-SLP and state licensure (or eligibility) required
- Experience providing SLP services in school settings strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across early childhood and elementary ages
- Commitment to fostering inclusion and supporting individual student needs
- Deliver speech-language therapy and evaluations, both individually and in groups
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and documentation per district/state guidelines
- Offer consultative support and resources to educators and families
- Manage a split caseload between preschool and elementary school sites
