A Washington state-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a K-12 school providing in-person services to elementary or middle/high school students. This full contract position lasts the 2025-2026 school year, starting September 2, 2025, and ending June 16, 2026. The role involves a 37.5-hour work week, managing a caseload of approximately 45 students (plus or minus 4) who require speech and language support.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Valid Washington State SLP license
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification in Washington

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify individual student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services to students regularly throughout the contract period
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate speech goals within the school curriculum
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school regulations
