Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure—or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-aged children preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confident working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to family engagement and education throughout the therapy process

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students managing speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Organize and provide engaging therapy sessions to achieve targeted goals
  • Track and document student outcomes with precision
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to coordinate high-quality care
  • Foster relationships with families, providing guidance and support for continued progress at home
