Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure—or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-aged children preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confident working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to family engagement and education throughout the therapy process
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students managing speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Organize and provide engaging therapy sessions to achieve targeted goals

- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to coordinate high-quality care
- Foster relationships with families, providing guidance and support for continued progress at home
