• Holds, or eligible for, licensure as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
• Experience or strong interest in providing speech-language pathology services in educational settings
• Proficiency with school-aged student populations, including those with diverse communication needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Team-oriented with an enthusiasm for collaboration
• Eagerness to participate in ongoing learning and process improvement projects
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy to students based on individualized education plans
• Conduct assessments and maintain documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to advance student communication progress
• Engage in regular 1:1 check-ins, monthly team meetings, and roundtable discussions for mutual support and growth
• Participate in orientation (starting August 3) and annual performance reviews
• Utilize readily available equipment and testing materials
• Contribute to and benefit from our buddy program designed for new hires
• Connect in real-time with SLP colleagues across the region through our innovative intranet
• Take advantage of ongoing professional development courses to enhance school-based SLP skills
