Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students across K-12 grade levels.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention to support students mental health and learning needs.
- Interpret assessment results and present findings to educational teams in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide support programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with K-12 student populations and understanding of developmental and educational psychology.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, students, and families.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to special education and psychological services.
- Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing capabilities.
