Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting comprehensive evaluations, eligibility assessments, and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Skilled in counseling, consultation, and intervention with students, staff, and families
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities
- Adaptability and commitment to fostering positive outcomes for diverse learners
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments to identify students’ needs and recommend interventions
- Consult with educators and families to develop strategies supporting academic and behavioral success
- Contribute to IEP meetings and provide expert guidance on special education eligibility and services
- Deliver individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and support services
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
