- Conduct psychological assessments to identify student needs and inform individual education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students facing emotional, behavioral, or learning challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies promoting student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes regarding student support
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school policies and legal requirements
