Responsibilities Include
- Conducting psychoeducational assessments to identify student needs
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and staff to develop and implement intervention plans
- Providing counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Utilizing data to monitor student progress and adjust support strategies accordingly
- Promoting positive behavioral supports within the school environment
- Valid School Psychologist licensure or certification appropriate for New Jersey
- Experience delivering psychological services in K-12 educational settings
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills with familiarity in diverse learning needs
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
