A contract position is available for a School Psychologist to provide onsite services for the remainder of the school year in Emporia, KS. This role involves supporting student well-being and success through psychological assessments, consultations, and direct interventions within the school setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and recommend appropriate interventions and support plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to address student challenges
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to educational and behavioral planning
- Maintain accurate records and comply with ethical and legal standards of school psychology
- Valid School Psychologist credential or license
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to manage caseload effectively and maintain confidentiality
- Monday through Friday, 35-40 hours per week
- Onsite position based in Emporia, KS
