Key Qualifications
- Hold a current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) School Psychologist License
- Demonstrated school-based experience, preferably in an elementary setting
- Solid understanding of social-emotional learning and student support services
- Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
- Collaborative and adaptable communication style with staff, students, and families
- Comfortable providing onsite-only support
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for educational planning
- Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary problem-solving teams and crisis intervention efforts
- Deliver proactive guidance to promote healthy social and emotional growth
- Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards within the school framework
