Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized interventions and counseling strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and mental health.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP and 504 plan development.
• Monitor and document student progress while providing ongoing support.
• Assist in crisis intervention and behavioral management as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience working with K-12 students in school settings.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, counseling techniques, and disability laws.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with sensitivity and professionalism.
