Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments to identify student needs related to learning, behavior, and mental health
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students
• Monitor student progress and adjust support plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations
