Key Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a School Psychologist per Vermont state requirements
- Experience with psychoeducational assessments and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Skilled at interpreting data and translating findings into meaningful recommendations
- Committed to fostering inclusive, supportive school environments
- Able to work on site for the duration of the assignment
- Complete psychological and academic assessments to guide student support services
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies
- Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention as needed
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and assist in eligibility determination
- Support students at various grade levels, with specific details discussed during interviews
