Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct OT services to students in a school environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Participate in assessments and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Support Extended School Year (ESY) programming during the summer session
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California
- Experience in school-based occupational therapy strongly preferred
- Knowledge of pediatric OT practices in educational settings, including healthcare and home health background advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to student-centered care and developmental outcomes
