An Occupational Therapist (OT) role is available for a full-time, onsite school-based position in New Castle, DE, supporting Early Years and elementary students. This contract runs through June 12, 2026, with work hours from 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours/week).

- Provide occupational therapy services to students in Early Years and elementary school settings
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to support student progress
- Conduct assessments and document student performance and therapeutic outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with school policies and regulations
- Active Delaware Occupational Therapy license (required; please provide a snapshot upon application)
- Proven experience in school-based OT, preferably with Early Years and elementary-aged students
- Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques and educational interventions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to commit to onsite work in New Castle, DE
- Two positions available:1) Five days/week in Early Years program2) Split schedule: three days/week in Early Years program and two days/week at an elementary school
- Interviews conducted via Microsoft Teams (15-30 minutes)
- Reliable transportation required to commute to the school location
- Candidates must be able to complete fingerprinting within three days of contract signing
