Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based occupational therapist position is available in Los Gatos, CA, for the 2026-2027 academic year. This part-time role offers approximately 8 hours per week, scheduled over two days from around 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, serving students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 5th grade.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing occupational therapy services to support students’ functional participation in school activities
• Collaborating with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conducting assessments and documenting student progress
• Implementing intervention strategies to enhance motor skills, sensory processing, and handwriting abilities
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Experience working in school settings, preferably with TK-5th grade students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to student needs
