Qualifications And Desired Experience
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license in Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to develop individualized plans and document progress effectively
- Knowledge of IEP process and ability to participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Conduct evaluations and provide therapy services for students with a range of needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
- Assist students in building essential skills for classroom participation and daily life
- Complete timely documentation and maintain compliance with school and federal guidelines
