- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active and valid OT license in Virginia (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP development, evaluations, and progress reporting
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong commitment to fostering student success and independence
- Conduct individual and group assessments to identify students’ needs
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
