Responsibilities Include
- Providing individualized occupational therapy services to students across grades K-12
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to develop and implement therapy plans aligned with students educational goals
- Conducting assessments and documenting progress in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Advising on adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to promote student success
- Participating in team meetings and communicating effectively with families and school personnel
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based therapy
- Knowledge of best practices in pediatric occupational therapy, particularly within K-12 educational settings
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to develop creative and functional therapy interventions tailored to individual student needs
- Familiarity with IDEA regulations and school compliance standards preferred
