School Behavior Specialist in Longmont, CO

This full-time, on-site opportunity supports an Autism program within a P-8 classroom in the Denver area, focusing on students aged approximately 5 to 14. The role is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in special education settings and a passion for working directly with students on the autism spectrum.

Key Qualifications

• Active BCBA license required
• Experience supporting or teaching in classrooms, especially Autism programs or special education
• Ability to manage and support a caseload of approximately 12 students
• Commitment to on-site work; virtual or hybrid arrangements are not available
  
  

Location: Denver area (east side), Colorado

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Contract Duration: January 7, 2026 May 21, 2026

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with educators and staff to implement behavior intervention plans tailored to students individual needs
• Monitor and assess student progress and adjust strategies accordingly
• Provide guidance and training to classroom staff within the Autism program
