School Behavior Specialist in Littleton, CO

A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an Autism program within a P-8 classroom setting. This role is based in the Denver area (east side of the city) and involves serving approximately 12 students. The position requires on-site presence with no virtual or hybrid options. The preferred candidate will have experience working directly in classrooms, supporting Special Education environments or demonstrating readiness to support an Autism classroom as a BCBA.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to support students with Autism in a P-8 classroom
• Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide guidance and training to classroom staff to enhance program effectiveness
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with district and professional standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Active BCBA license is required
• Experience working in classroom settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of Autism intervention strategies
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week)
• Availability to start January 7, 2026, through May 21, 2026
• Commitment to on-site work only; no virtual or hybrid arrangements accepted
