We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.As a key member of the special education team, you will assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders to help them succeed in their academic and social environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in grades Pre-K through 12, based on IEP goals.
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviews.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid MN SLP license (or eligibility).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs welcome to apply.
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
