Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming school year. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of students, collaborate with a supportive staff, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children who require speech and language services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other service providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Support students across a range of communication needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and AAC
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFs are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required
