Overview

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide maternity leave coverage beginning in January. This position offers the opportunity to support students during a key period while collaborating with a strong and supportive school team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality services and maintaining continuity of care throughout the leave period.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team planning
• Support the districts mission to provide inclusive and equitable educational services
  
  

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in the state of practice (or ability to obtain one)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs considered depending on district needs
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• School-based experience is a plus but not required
