- Valid SLPA license recognized by the state of Indiana
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Assist a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in providing direct therapy services to students
- Support in development and implementation of therapy plans and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress and maintain accurate session records
- Prepare therapy materials and participate in sessions as guided by the SLP
