What We’re Seeking
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress/completed
- Strong skills in conducting speech/language assessments and developing individualized intervention plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students based on IEPs
- Conduct thorough assessments and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support students’ success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings by offering insights on communication needs and progress
- Support a positive and inclusive educational environment that fosters student growth
