Key Responsibilities Include
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations for patients experiencing speech and language disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evaluation outcomes
- Providing targeted therapy sessions to address specific speech and language goals
- Carefully monitoring and documenting patient progress throughout the treatment process
- Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and coordinated care
- Engaging families in the therapy process, offering education and support to enhance outcomes
- Possession of a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current licensure approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology in the respective state is required
