Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years ER RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent ER nursing experience
• Proficiency in trauma care, rapid assessment, and emergent intervention
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat patients with acute illness and trauma
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions swiftly
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs closely
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to implement care plans
• Provide emotional support and patient education to individuals and families
