Key Qualifications
- Current, active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as an RN in an Emergency Room setting
- Strong assessment, triage, and clinical skills in emergent and urgent situations
- Ability to effectively communicate with physicians, patients, and multidisciplinary team members
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Adaptable, compassionate, and calm under pressure
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department, following established protocols and physician orders
- Rapidly assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and initiate appropriate interventions
- Accurately document all treatments, medications, and observations in patient records
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care
- Respond quickly to changes in patient status and deliver interventions as indicated
- Support patient and family education regarding care and next steps
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
