Key Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a Telemetry RN
- Comprehensive knowledge of cardiac monitoring and telemetry-specific protocols
- Proficient with interpreting cardiac rhythms and swiftly responding to changes in patient status
- Strong critical-thinking and communication skills
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Flexible scheduling options available to support work-life balance
- Shifts may include days, nights, or weekends
- Continually monitor and interpret patients’ telemetry data to identify cardiac irregularities
- Administer medications and interventions as prescribed
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to implement individualized patient care plans
- Educate patients and families regarding telemetry monitoring and general health topics
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses
